Magnesium
is an essential mineral of a healthy diet. It may help to

nervous system. Magnesium can be depleted by strenuous physical
exertion (work or exercise), by illness (such as diabetes,
hypertension, arrhythmia's and other chronic conditions)
or by certain medications (such as diuretics) taken to treat
those conditions. Magnesium is also vital for the role it
plays in helping your body to utilize calcium and potassium
properly. Enteric-coating to avoid stomach upset and diarrhea.
Store in a dry location 59 to 77 F.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets daily or as directed
